2jy reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file. Continued use of the 2jy platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of 2jy is permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction. 2jy does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. If you are located in a restricted jurisdiction, you must not register or use the Platform.
All 2jy gaming services are strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above. Underage gambling is prohibited. Age verification may be requested at registration or at any subsequent point. Underage individuals attempting to register will have their accounts permanently closed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 2jy account login credentials, including your email address and password. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 2jy will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
You must notify 2jy immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Notification should be made to [email protected]. 2jy strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. 2FA adds a secondary verification layer to the login process, significantly reducing the risk of unauthorised access. 2jy is not liable for losses incurred on accounts where 2FA was available but not enabled by the Player.
2jy monitors account activity for patterns indicative of security compromise, abuse, or fraudulent behaviour. Where suspicious activity is detected, 2jy may temporarily restrict account access, require additional verification, or permanently close the account depending on the nature and severity of the activity identified.
2jy accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT (TRC-20). All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) except USDT, which is processed in its native denomination and converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.
Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your 2jy account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon receipt and confirmation of cleared funds. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfers may vary by institution. 2jy does not impose deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of applicable KYC verification. Once KYC is satisfied, withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed during business hours. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to the receiving institution's processing timelines. 2jy does not manufacture delays in withdrawal processing — once a request has passed compliance review, it is processed as promptly as technically possible.
Withdrawal requests above defined thresholds will require satisfactory completion of KYC verification before processing. You may be required to provide a copy of your CNIC or passport, proof of address, and evidence of the payment method used for deposits. 2jy reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of verification.
The primary currency of the 2jy Platform is Pakistani Rupee (PKR). All balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings are expressed in PKR unless otherwise specified. 2jy is not responsible for currency conversion charges applied by third-party payment providers.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by 2jy are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, in addition to these General Terms. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must typically be met within the validity period stated in the promotion. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirement at the end of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
2jy prohibits the exploitation of bonuses through systematic low-risk wagering strategies, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or any other conduct designed to extract value from promotions without genuine gameplay risk. Where bonus abuse is identified, 2jy reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account pending investigation.
2jy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have opted into an active promotion at the time of any modification will have their participation governed by the terms applicable at the time of opt-in, except where modification is required by regulatory obligation.

Game outcomes are statistically random and are not influenced by 2jy, the Platform, or any third party. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual games and betting markets on 2jy and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. 2jy reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice. Adjustments to limits on your specific account may be made where unusual betting patterns or risk management considerations require it.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game interruption, or connectivity error during an active game session, 2jy will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and reinstate the game session to its pre-interruption state where technically possible. Where reinstatement is not possible, the wager for the affected round will be returned to the Player's balance. 2jy is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions outside of its reasonable control, including player-side internet connectivity issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2jy shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform or Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses.
2jy's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you into your 2jy account in the twelve-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit 2jy's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
You may close your 2jy account at any time by contacting 2jy support. Upon receipt of a closure request, 2jy will process any remaining Real Money Balance (after deduction of any outstanding obligations) via your registered withdrawal method. Accounts under active investigation may have closure and withdrawal processing delayed until the investigation is resolved.
2jy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time if you are found to have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false registration information, or if 2jy is required to do so by regulatory or law enforcement authorities. In the event of termination for cause, 2jy may forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real Money Funds may be withheld pending investigation and returned upon resolution where no wrongdoing is established.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 2jy holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through 2jy's internal complaints procedure may be escalated to the relevant regulatory body under 2jy's licensing jurisdiction.
